These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SMS (text message) communications with Rebuild LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By sending a text message to our business number or receiving text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Purpose of SMS Communication

Rebuild LLC uses SMS solely to respond to customer-initiated inquiries regarding our services as a custom home builder.

  • We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

  • We only reply to messages initiated by you.

  • Our replies may include follow-up information, clarification of your inquiry, or scheduling responses via text or phone call.

 

3. Opt-In and Opt-Out

You may opt in or out of SMS communications at any time:

  • START — Opt in to receive SMS replies.

  • STOP — Opt out and stop receiving SMS messages from Rebuild LLC.
    After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you reinitiate contact or send START again.

 

4. Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Rebuild LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile provider.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Rebuild LLC values your privacy and does not sell, rent, or share your personal data.

  • We collect and retain only minimal information needed to respond to your inquiry (e.g., your phone number and the content of your message).

  • We do not use your data for marketing or third-party advertising.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, SMS is not a fully secure communication method. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information via text.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Rebuild LLC is not liable for any delays, failed deliveries, or misdirected messages caused by your mobile service provider. By engaging in SMS communications, you acknowledge that message delivery and security are not guaranteed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued communication after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
